WHAT ALIDA WILL DO TO HELP YOU:
Shamanism can offer immediate help to those suffering pain from abuse,
trauma or injury. It can restore your sense of power, giving you renewed
strength in your daily life. It addresses the spiritual components of
illness making other forms of treatment more effective (and sometimes
performing miracle healings). Alida can retrieve your own helping spirits
who can give you wisdom and a sense of comfort and well being. Shamanic
work speeds physical and emotional recovery, making your days brighter
fast.

your healing session.
Alida performs shamanic healings of all sorts for people, including soul
retrieval, power animal retrievals and distance healings. If you live
near Eugene, Oregon she prefers to work with you at her home. If that
is impossible she will perform distance healing for you.
When you contact Alida, tell her what the problems are that you would
like to overcome. Maybe it is a sense of emptiness, a physical pain, and
emotional hurt, loss of childhood memory, or grief. If you want a particular
treatment, such as soul retrieval, request it. Please also read how to
get the most from a long distance healing session to learn the exact steps
fo the healing session.
Alida will first do a diagnostic journey to learn what her spirits believe
is the best course of action. Then she will journey to do the work they
suggest, often the treatment you requested - but sometimes a different
course. The spirits know what is best for you and help you accordingly.
Alida will record the journey on a Digital Voice Recorder, capturing the
messages her spirits give for you to hear.
She will describe the work performed and give you follow up exercises
to make sure the power "sticks". This may include doing brief
meditations daily, checking inside yourself to feel the spirits she retrieved
and asking them for help and wisdom. Or it may include a "prescription"
from the spirits, such as getting more sleep, improving your diet, visualizing
healing in your body or whatever. (Please - think of shamanic work as
a complement to modern medicine, not as a substitute.)
After the session she will send the recording over the internet to your
mailbox. The recording will relay the information from the shamanic work
along with any recommendations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT HOW TO GET THE
MOST FROM A LONG DISTANCE HEALING
SESSION
This work is not bounded by the constraints of either time or space. For that reason, long distance healing can be effective. The compassionate spirits are willing to work on your behalf no matter where you are at the time. For them, place is irrelevant.
We, as humans, may have difficulty acknowledging the power of long distance work. For that reason, the spirits have given me a set of guidelines to prepare you for long distance healing:
- prepare in advance. Write down a list of questions and issues you would like help with. Communicate these to me via the phone or e-mail.
- Make an appointment for the healing work just as if you were going to be there. (Example: Margaret is in Wisconsin. She makes an appointment for a healing session with Alida Birch at 10am on July 15th. Margaret writes the appointment in her calendar).
- At the appointment time, you call Alida for a discussion of what needs to change. This may last between five and fifteen minutes. Alida's phone number is 541-686-1610.
- Although it is ideal to sit quietly through the session (about an hour) it is not essential. Your conscious attention is one way of helping your ego to accept that work has been done on your behalf.
-After the healing session has been completed, Alida will send the digitally recorded session to your internet mailbox within the hour. When you receive it, listen to it in a quiet space. You may already have noticed changes in yourself .
